MESMAC is a community sexual health charity which focuses mainly on gay, bisexual and questioning men.
The name originally stood for "Men who have Sex with Men Action in the Community"
Yorkshire MESMAC claims to be one of the oldest and largest sexual health organisations in the country, with offices in Bradford, Leeds, Wakefield and York.[1]
Additionally MESMAC North East is based in Newcastle[2] and there is a MESMAC North Wales[3]
