Edinburgh and Lothians Racial Equality Council (ELREC) is a charity that works towards the elimination of of racial discrimination, and towards racial equality and equal opportunities for all in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
It was a member of the LGBT Consortium in 2012.[1]
