Stephen Doughty (Stephen John Doughty, born 1980) is a Labour politician. He was elected as MP for Cardiff South and Penarth in a by-election in 2012.
He was born in Cardiff before his family moved to the Vale of Glamorgan. He studied in Canada and at Corpus Christi College, Oxford and the University of St Andrews. He is openly gay.[1]
