Project Oscar (active around 2010) was the LGBT support service based in the Public Health directorate at Central Lancashire Primary Care Trust. It managed the CLANGLES website (Central LANcashire Gay, LESbian, Bisexual and Transgender), serving LGBT people in central and south Lancashire.[1]
