Outcome is a day centre facility for LGBT people with mental health problems, based in Islington, and provided by Islington Mind. The service provides one-to-one and group support, a midday meal, activities, therapies, and a warm and friendly atmosphere to socialise in. It is one of the few LGBT mental health services in London, and usually has 20-25 clients each week.[1]
