The Sexual Offences (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 2000 was a law passed by the States of Guernsey in 1999, which came into effect in 2000. It reduced the age of consent to 18 although the age had already been reduced to 16 in England and Wales and in Scotland. It also decriminalised gay sex by crews of Guernsey merchant ships, while clarifiying that such acts could still be grounds for dismissal.

The law applied to the islands of Guernsey, Herm and Jethou (so presumably not to Alderney and Sark).
