Chris Bryant was the first person to hold his civil partnership, to Jared Cranney, in the Houses of Parliament when Gordon Brown was Prime Minister.
He was listed number 17 in the 2011 Pride Power List, 21 in the Independent on Sunday's 2011 Pink List, and 33 in the World Pride Power List 2012.
